exempt list: Kakko, Kravtsov, Miller, Shestyorkin, Fox, Rykov, Reunanen, Huska, Keane.. basically anyone they drafted 2018 or later</div></div>
I guess I think id be okay losing Tony D, Skjei, or Lindgren, or Hajek, considering what well still be left with on D prospect-wise....Itll hurt but it won't cripple us
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Sebybbq</b></div><div>I’m just realistic! If we moved andrew shaw, there 0 chance that Namestnikov come too montreal! Marc Bergevin have told that he will stick with their young core. I have nothing against Namestnikov, but i just being objective!</div></div>
Shaw was only moved because they thought they were getting Aho. MB wouldn't have moved him had he not done the offer sheet. Namestnikov only has a 1 year deal and then is UFA. Habs have cap space and Namestnikov isn't an old player either.
Your not understanding the concept here, your stuck on youth and this and that. Habs have 5 guys (Weal, Peca, Thompson, Hudon, Cousins) trying to make the team this year on the 4th line. Last year, and not even in his best season, Namestnikov scored more than any of those players ever did in their career best seasons thus far.
This has <strong>zero risk</strong> - with a medium reward. There is no downside. Your not being realistic, your being hard headed......
You don't like Namestnikov, fine. But he makes more sense than Weal, Peca, Thompson, Hudon, Cousins do and for the price its a steal because NYR need to cut cap space. There is the possibility that Namestnikov is a top 6 next to Drouin and Domi you know.
